If you have been involved in an accident that was not your fault and require a hire vehicle whilst your vehicle is repaired, we can provide a vehicle within 4 working hours if your requirement is immediate.

All we require from yourselves are the details of your vehicle, the accident details and the details of the other party involved in the accident. From these details we promise to quickly determine the liability of the accident. On determining that the accident is not your fault we can provide you with a hire vehicle.

We promise to regularly update you on the progress of the claim, with you going no longer than 5 days at a time without contact with your dedicated claims handler.

We do not have an automated phone system, therefore every time you call us, we promise your call will be answered by someone who can either directly answer your query or transfer your call to your claims handler. All of the costs for the claim should be recovered from the guilty party's insurance company.

We keep in regular contact with each of our clients and aim to solve any queries or problems as soon as they arise.

On the rare occurrence that a complaint is made about any part of our services, we ensure the complaint is fully investigated by a supervisor or manager as required in accordance with the FSA guidelines.
