Q. What about my out of pocket expenses?
A. A.R.C. will also claim for any inconvenience, loss of earnings (medical fees), and personal injury claims on your behalf.

Q. Will I have to pay my policy excess?
A. No, A.R.C. will cover your costs, arrange and fund your policy excess, and your repair costs. Repair will be arranged at our Approved Repair Centre.

Q. What if I am insured Third Party?
A. No matter, A.R.C. can handle both Third Party claims for a prompt repair time as if it was a Fully Comprehensive claim.

Q. What if my claim fails?
A. Our claim specialists will judge your claim to prevent this happening, however, we do ask you to be honest in your information, and be of assistance to us with the claim if requested.
